Strange noise in iTunes @ SP4

While in iTunes on a Surface Pro 4, every time I switch to another side / section in the iTunes store, I hear a strange noise from the internal speaker. In case I've music playing, this noise does not appear. At least 2 new installations didn't solve this issue, it's still there. And of course I updated to the latest version...
Any ideas?
