I'm not sure whether this is a surface issue or monitor issue but yesterday I connected my surface pro 3 to an HP Elite E241i monitor using a miniDP to DP cable. Everything was fine and I was happily working with extended screens.
This morning when I'm running citrix app's the mouse pointer is flickering and I can't click properly, when I move the app around it doesn't scale properly.
As soon as I unplug it's fine.
