Ok, I've attached screenshots of what is happening, tried to soft/hard reset but it does nothing.
I used that Exchange server thing on another thread, and I'm sure it's part of the problem.... I'm assuming I cannot remove the policy, so a reflash is in order....
Where's the best tutorial for it...
