Just thought I'd drop by, and inform any would-be buyers of the Acer headset that the tightening mechanism on the strap has been changed since many of the online reviews you'll find out there were written; it's now the same turning knob variant found on most of the other WMR headsets...
On a side note, the cushioning around the nose is quite loose, and has a tendency to crawl down cutting off breathing through the nose; time to find some glue!
