Streaming, and other things [Windows Phone mostly]

the date which Microsoft given The skydrive to partialy "Streaming" music and video was on 2011, and since then, nothing has changed.

I'm converting my videos to mp4 format in order to stream them from the cloud, the irony, on the windows phone, when you can stream a video, you cannot download it /save it for offline use, on the OneDrive application at least. [the simple as it sound]

streaming music doesnt seems to be that hard, there is already streaming music per file, but not for a playlist, why cant microsoft do that it would just run file after file? to seem like a playlist.

I just dont get it why microsoft takes everything slowly.

You can stream from OneDrive using the MusicConnect WP app. It supports playlists too.

Apparently this feature is coming to OneDrive... But who knows when lol.

I didn't know about MusicConnect... will have to check that out ASAP.

To revisit this topic, did anyone experience playlists showing up in the Music app (in WP 8.1) if your PC's music collection/playlists are stored in your OneDrive "Music" folder?
