Stuck on 'Saving...'

When I take a picture, my phone will get stuck on 'Saving..' and I can't take any more pics. I can even turn the phone off and back on, and it STILL says 'Saving...'. I have even pulled the SD card..
Any way to fix this?

I don't remember if a definitive solution was found (other than switching to a non-Windows 10 Mobile phone) but I know there's a big thread somewhere here - maybe you can run a search for "saving" here.
