Hi,
I am running Windows Phone 8.10.12382.878 on my Lumia 820 for some time now and tried to update to 12393.890 a while ago. In the proces of installing the new OS version the phone reboots. After that there seems to be an infinite loop of installing the update and rebooting again. In the end I had to hard reset my handset and reinstall all my apps. Well, that's the risk of running the preview program I guess.
Yesterday, I tried to update from 878 again , hoping the problem has been resolved. Unfortunately, the same problem occured and I had to hard reset the handset.
As the Cyan update is around the corner for me, I really need this to be fix. Please help!
