Stuck with Get Windows 10 app, and control panel. Am I getting Windows 10 or not?

Stuck with get windows 10 app, and control panel.

Currently i am using Windows 7, SP1. I remember the day i got get windows 10 icon, I clicked it and automatically I got registered for Windows 10. Also in control panel it is showing ' Windows 10 upgrade reserved. view conformation'. And when ever open the app, the app just wont load, only could see the rings. So am i getting the windows 10 or not? Please help me.
