Stuttering video playback on Windows 10 Mobile 10512

Is it just my Lumia 920 or there is an issue with video playback on all Windows Insider Preview devices? The video stutters at 3-4 seconds interval. Only HD 1080p video causes this. Doesn't matter if the video is shot from the phone or from external sources.

I had similar problems playing videos on SD card with the MS Video app. It does not happen in VLC app. Try that.

Try to set 720p and restart..now i can't watch it without problems
