Substitute for Viber

Hi Friends,

Is there any app which can be a substitute for Viber ? Since Viber has not met my expectations and signal keeps dropping, i would like to know if there are any other apps available for free internet calling.( Except skype)

when i install skype, for some reason my whatsapp notifications does not work.. so i do not want to use skype

So skype is the only option.. Do we have any other option like how we have tango in android. ?

Well Tango was on WP7 and still is, they just never bother to make the WP8 app. I already bugged them many times about it. Guess they seized support for WP.
Look out for Line, it's the best messaging app IMO, but WP version at the moment also does not support free calls yet. Hope it soon will.

Heytell is what I use. Its much better than Viber.
