Success with SP4 and 3 Monitors (externally)

Hello all has anyone had success without screen flicker with the Startech mini display to hdmi adapter. This was recommended as the best way to get the 3 external monitors working with the SP4.

I am thinking that plugging into the display dock will not work but can't get a straight answer from anyone on this hoping you guys may be able to assist.

SP4 i7 16GB and 512GB

Display dock firmware is the latest

STartech minidisplay to 3 hdmi (connected to display dock currently).

Just switched to the SP3 dock with one display port out so far seems to be working miles better.
