Suggestions for a good Nokia Windows Phone within 15k in India?

Thanks. Forgot to add one more thing. Screen size should be within 4 inches. Difficult to carry large phones around.

Under 15 k lumi730 is best,4.7 inch is not a big in my view,but under 4 inch lumia 620 only option.and it is too old and above10k.but ram only 512.today's world under 4 inch with high specifications is not possible in any mobile.
Finally u want below 4 inch 620 only option but good and old with avg specifications.if u adjust with 4.7 inch lumia 730 is best choice in any brand & os under 15 k range.....

Think about htc 8x :4.3 inch screen,1 gb ram,16 gb,8 mp,2 mp front.

Op: 730 is your best option. If you're too skeptical about the screen size go and play with it in the Nokia priority stores, you'll love it! Secondly while a lot of people like you dream about getting a mid tier phone in that screen size (4-4.3 inches) with all the bells and whistles, unfortunately the market does not
