Support Contacts?

I am trying to find support in the UK for the microsoft band due a hardware fault but the website goes on an infinite loop of not helping, trying on multiple browser types, PC's and even my phone... none work. Tried going through their switchboard but it is like the band doesn't exist, only able to put me through to their mobile section.

Really disappointed, Microsoft is one of the biggest companies in the world and their support routes are the worst I have experienced.

Anyone found any support numbers/e-mails that I could use?

Try this link. You can chat to a live agent during opening hours. They were able to arrange a replacement for me.
