Surface 2 RT Screen Protector

Wondering if the Surface RT screen protectors will fit the Surface 2? Are any things moved (webcam/light sensor etc)?

I'm pretty sure they are identical apart from the thickness is slightly thinner and the colour of the metal on the back

I have not found one that fits like one I have for my RT. I have not used my Surface 2 and I purchased it on launch... I am still running around with my surface rt. I have purchased like 3 screen protectors and not fit the new surface 2. Sensors changed and the screen size glass wise is larger on the surface 2 due to less bezel and more glass.

You guys can try buying the surface RT screen protector but you will have to cut out the part that is blocking the microphone which is just beside the front facing camera.

yeah, I did just cut one of the old ones I had around to make it work for the surface 2. Though it looks and works fine, I found another set of protectors on Amazon. Well update in a couple of days when they arrive.

Finally, the perfect screen protector for the Surface 2. Precise cut outs and complete coverage to the edge. They make them specifically for the Surface 2 and another for the Pro 2... So, be careful to purchase the correct one.
