Surface 3 UK Driver updates

I can see there are a few but which ones do I load? Obviously not the Pro ones but what else? Why is there not a smarter solution that picks the ones you need? I am running Windows 10

I'm not sure i follow the question... all my drivers are updated automatically

Are they? I had assumed that, so why do I keep seeing references to updating of drivers, even for Windows 10?
