My keyboard has the hash key showing £ symbol and the @ key is showing up as " and vice versa.
Thanks in advance for any help in solving this.

Hi there. Are you using the UK keyboard? You'll need to change it to the USA keyboard in your settings if you want the opposite of what you're seeing.
