Surface Book - No Windows Hello option

I am in Canada. I recently bought a Surface Book.
It has no Windows Hello option in my Sign in Options.
My Windows Updates says it is up to date. Last checked 4:20 today.
I thought the Surface Book has the required hardware for Windows Hello.
Why don't I have Windows Hello?
Is this because I am in Canada?

Hi! I also live in Canada and had the same problem on my Surface Pro 4 (however, it has nothing to do with being in Canada). Contact Microsoft Support or bring it to a Microsoft Store (make sure to make an appointment first) and they will fix it free of charge. One important detail is to contact Surface support, not Windows support. Hope this helps!
