I've had a Surface Pro 4 for a couple of years, and bought a Surface Go wih Alcantara keyboard for $129. The SP4 keyboard has a rubbery feel to it, which I love, while the Alcantara Go keyboard's buttons have an almost glass-like/shiny plastic feel, which I don't care much for. So my question is: Does the $99 Go keyboard have the old SP4, rubbery feel or the Alcantara glass/plastic-like feel?

The $99 base black Go keyboard has the old SP4 rubbery feel!

I've owned and used both and yes, the $99 keyboard feels exactly like the older rubbery Type keyboards. I actually hate it. The rubber chafes my wrists, whereas alcantara feels like a soft blanket lol..

Both are better than all the MacBooks/traditional metal chassis laptops I've used where the keyboard deck frame digs creases into your wrists!
