surface on tv show Arrow

I couldn't exactly see the front but from the back, that tablet the girl was holding from behind had the same shape as a surface. can anyone confirm this?

Surface, Win 8 PCs, Lumia 920s... seen them over and over on Arrow. Its funny because there's still like one iPhone on the show and I think they don't ditch it simply because of continuity.
