Surface Pen For Surface Laptop ??

Do we get Surface Pen if we buy Surface Laptop or win it from WC ??

The Surface Laptop doesnt come with a surface pen. I think its partly to do with keeping the price tag at 999$ favorable for students.

And whether WC will give it depends on them I suppose. Fingers crossed they do, haha
