Project Andromeda from Microsoft seems to be a thing. It's not officially announced, so I don't know when well see it. It's not exactly a conventional phone though, from what I can tell, its a dual screen clamshell detachable design. Has a screen gap, so its not just a "westworld tablet" more of a multi-tasking flexible creature. Might be next year.

There might also be a x3 refresh by HP possibly this year.

For now, that's it. There might be more in the works, but that's all the things we have seen any evidence for.

Even though this mythical device keeps cropping up, as it has been for the last few years. There's been absolutely no confirmation on a phone coming out of MS any time soon.

Along with that, MS has hinted, repeatedly, that they believe the smartphone is dead (odd statement) and that they plan to release some form of 'new' 2-1 device.

So don't expect a phone. Some new device was last stated as being late 2018 early 2019 (if I remember correctly). If you want to wait that long it's up to you. Some OEM may release something...

Yes.

There will be no Surface Phone. Microsoft has officially ditched phones.

If any future devices come out they will be "voice/cellular capable".

There are no timelines for any devices to be released that are "voice/cellular capable".

Well there are two 'rumored' Windows phones upcoming to the market, though they are not very known except their form-factor and looks.

The first one is the one you mentioned: 'Surface Phone'. It's form factor would obviously continue that of the Surface Lineup, but there are too many concepts of this phone's looks to decide which one it would be. But actually, Microsoft didn't even tell anything about this phone. They just mentioned about an 'ultimate mobile device' which is rumored to people as Surface phone. And obviously because it's a Microsoft Phone, it must have the latest Windows hardware features with it.

Another phone deep in rumors is the Alcatel Idol 4 Pro. The regular version of this phone Alcatel Idol 4 runs Android, whereas both of it S and upcoming Pro versions run Windows 10. You can find more about this phone's leaks here. It will look a lot like the regular version, but looks like some of the shining Windows features will not be included.

Hope this helps. Comment if you want to know more.
