Surface Precision Mouse "timing out"

Hi all,

Having an issue with my Surface Precision Mouse not responding. From time to time, it just kind of freezes up for a couple seconds before returning for normal. I have not been able to isolate any reason for this, but have tried numerous things such power management of both it and the bluetooth dongle. For such a premium device, I'm baffled by this. Can anyone offer up some advice on preventing this from happening?

Sounds like the BT connection is dropping. BT, in general, should be better than it is but that's another discussion. Have you tried it on a different system? Maybe try it wired, too. If you don't have the same problem on another system or when it's wired, then it's the BT connection.
