Surface Pro 2 getting hot?

Since upgrading to the newest 8.1 update I feel my tablet has been getting hotter. Anyone else having this issue? One time my fans kicked on high and I could even hear them.

Do you have increase activity in your task manager. I have not noticed any change in temperature on my device.
I mean what are you doing with your tablet? If you start watching a lot of YouTube or anything using Flash, then it does use a CPU quite a bit, so that explains it.
It could also be a program you installed running on the back.
