Good ol' bull**** problems characteristic of Surface line from what I've read. Anyone encountered it with the new 2017 model yet? I have, several times. Takes a hard reset to bring it back to life after hibernating sometimes.
It really is dismaying to see MS deal with the same problems for so many years.
Were I a serious businessman whose business depends on hardware reliability, I would return this thing immediately.
