Surface Pro 3 can now be used as a pilot's Electronic Flight Bag

Microsoft's Surface Pro 3 tablet has now been approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for use as a pilot's Electronic Flight Bag, which means it replace the old fashioned bulky paper flight manuals.
