Hello everyone! I need your help.
A few months ago my surface pro 3 fell and the screen broke but it was still working fine.
Since yesterday when I press the on button nothing happens and I'm not able to turn it on anymore.
I tried to press the on button for 30 seconds. I tried to press on button/volume button for 15 seconds, the keyboard blinked but still nothing happened after.
I think it's related to the screen but I'm not sure and I wouldn't want to have a new one installed and then realise the surface is still not working.
Has anyone had the problem before or can give me an advice on what to do ?
