surface pro 3 unmounts all USB devices

guys,

I have an i5 SP3 running windows 10 , since it runs win 8.1, it always unmount my usb devices like (HDD, Pen drive, Phone, etc) and even the MicroSD inserted into it. How can i fix it? Thanks!

So when you insert any USD device, before you can access it it's already unmounted?

It could be a faulty USB port or faulty USB drivers - try updating the USB drivers in device management
