Surface pro 4 key board acting up.

So my key board works, they only problems I have is the "Turn up volume and turn down volume or the mute button" wont do instead it will do other things on my surface like add a new tab or close a tab on the internet. Also my backlight button on here does the same thing. How do I fix this?
