Surface Pro not showing estimate time left

Hi, I got my SP 2 months ago and I'm absolutely in love with it. But I don't know why the battery flyout doesn't give estimate time left. My SP3 does, so I guess it's not a problem with Windows. Does anyone else have the same problem?
