Surface Pro & Pen tilt

[Windows Central Question]

I have a Surface Pro 4, and just got the new pen, the one without the clip. Try as I may, I cannot get this pen to respond to tilt. I've tried in many programs,- Clip Studio, Mischief, Sketchable, etc., without results. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks,
