Sync/copy IE11 favorites from Win8.1 to WP 8.1?

Wondered if there is a way to get one's Win8 IE favorites to a Windows Phone 8.1 device.

I have quite a few Win8 favorites (as I'm sure others do too) and would rather not re-enter them again on WP 8.1.

Sign in on the same Microsoft account on both devices.

Make sure they are set to both sync in the settings

Thank you both for responding. Turns out I did have sync enabled and, after learning how to drive WP IE11, I did have all my favorites on both my Win 8.1 and WP 8.1 (L635) devices.

Could you go into more detail about how you found the bookmarks? I believe I have all my sync settings turned on, but the favorites are not showing up on my WP8.1 update 1.

After logging in to your Microsoft account on both devices....

Then assuming you have sync enabled, (also check OneDrive on both platforms) start IE11 on your phone and find the "..." lower right. Tap and click on Favorites. That's what worked for me.

I don't think so.
There might be, but I haven't figured it out yet.
I do sync my bookmarks with my other Windows 8.1 PCs using OneDrive, and those sync with my phone, but I haven't found a way to sync tabs and stuff on 7 sadly.
The poor family desktop is left out.
