Sync Problems

I can't sync music on my Lumia 920 from itunes. I can sync photos fine, but no music. I am using the Windows sync apps for windows 8 and mac OSX. Anyone else having trouble?

Are you using the Windows Phone app for OSX? I haven't even been able to get OSX to recognize my phone. When I dual boot into Windows 8 it works fine.

I am using the full W8 desktop app and I can't get it to forget my previous windows library playlists and when I try to import the new one nothing transfers over.

If I use the itune library option I can import playlists but I can't manually chose songs for some reason.

Fix

I also use Mac OSX Lion

This fixed it for me:
In the Windows Phone program File>Allow Access to Folder then pick your music folder.
