Synchronising facebook chat and gtalk with messaging

hey guys i synchronised my gmail and facebook account with my phone..
I got all facebook friends synchronised in my people hub... but several gmail contacts are missing...
and i am unable to use messaging app to chat with facebook frnds and gmail contacts how to solve this issue... when i put my status online it shows no one is online...
Help me out...:crying:
is there any other apps to use fb chat and gtalk???
