System Screen showing a Page Fault In Nonpaged Area error on booting everytime.......

System Screen showing a blue screen error on booting everytime just after the windows logo and struct there or sometimes restarts.....
I have dual boot windows 8.1 with Kali linux..
I'm not able to start my windows OS while Kali is working well...
I have tried every possible ways to make it correct but now i'm jst stuck here .....
everytime I try to load windows it got stuck showing a blue screen error (saying, Page Fault In Nonpaged Area) and system restarts or just stuck there making me to forcely shutdown it......
And whenever I'm using recovery drive USB bootable, the system always stucks on the windows logo screen and nothing happens afterward.... again making me forcely shutdown the system....
Please help me with this bizzare issue...

BSOD jst showing the above error only.... but sometimes another type of blue screen also occurs.... jst like distorted screen blue in color...

If you look in Event Viewer there should be more details if it's not on the screen

i'm not able to use windows ... as everytym it stucks on the logo page and then restarts...
i already mentioned that above ...
please help me to solve the issue as i dont want to format my windows...
