T-Mo Retail Fail

My friend (Android user) just went into a T-Mo store to buy an M8. The staff person he spoke to insisted that HTC didn't make any Windows phones. SMH

Obviously this rep hasn't been there long, since HTC made Windows Phones before Nokia.

Why not just whip out your phone, rev up the browser and visit HTC on the web?

Maybe if they started selling them in the actual stores instead of online only the reps would have a better chance to get acquainted with them!

Simple case of an informed consumer versus the uninformed sale person/rep.
Happens quite often...great sales people are trained not hired.

Yep, that poor kid makes minimum wage plus a chunk on every iPhone that he sends out the door... He doesn't want to learn about what's out there, he just wants to collect is $50 a day and his free cell service. Then he'll go home and do his homework before panicking when he finds out The Pirate Bay was shut down and he can't get the new Transformers movie downloaded tonight... His life is a tragedy...
