T-mobile cancellation policy and restocking fee?

I am thinking of trying out the Radar but I would like to know what TMO's restocking fees and cancellation policy are.

refurbs.

Now the other carriers will follow their lead and start charging $100.

That's insane. Imagine getting a free phone then needing to pay $75 to return it.

It seems to me that the restock fee depends on who you get and what you are getting to replace it. If you downgrade, it seems like the $75 mark is a done deal, but upgrading to a more expensive device seems to get them in the mood to "help out" with that restock fee.

I know that the corporate stance is $75, but honestly, I went in and they offered to eat the fee for swapping from an Exhibit to a Radar... Not bad if you ask me...
