T-Mobile Hates Windows Phone 8

Hell, they should just screw these carriers, i absolutely hate hearing stories about a WP user or a iOS/Android/Blackberry user wanting a WP and walking out with a S4 or HTC One.

I shouldn't be getting so angry over these stories though, I do have grave concerns for Windows Phone's future.

I would also send the tweets to @WindowsPhone, @MicrosoftStore (for their equally poor handling of the launch), @Nokia, @NokiaUS (or is it @NokiaUSA?). Is Elop on Twitter?

Did they actually respond? I didn't get the reply Daniel Ratcliffe talks about, but there are still another options to make them do something. Here is the contact info of T-Mobile's customer care, if many people call them and express concern about that, maybe they eventually will fix the problems.
I have an 810 and it's a shame that we don't get the updates on it!

tmobile is a bunch of crackheads. Almost all major carriers are but, Tmobile seems the experts who have excelled in the art of douchebaggery against wp8 users. They are outright ignorant, lie, manipulate and twist people against going to this platform. They EOL products that shouldn't be so they don't have to support it, but don't mind taking the money for it. I have went prepaid straight talk on att sim so I don't have to pay the ******** fees of att and I don't have to deal with tmobiles expert douchebaggery.
