Tablet Photo Editors (win 8.1)

Hi,

Not sure if this is best posted in the photography section or tablet section but can anybody recommend a win 8.1 tablet photo editor that will process .dng files?

Using faststone photo viewer at the moment and will try rawtherapee as free options. Adobe elements should work but lightroom and full photoshop need higher specs than my tablet has.

Cant get fotor to load dng files unfortunately.

Just tried again and fotor does open dng files. Thanks. Thumnails don't work though.
