TabPro S is stuck

Hi forum!
My boss bought a TabPro S and it won't turn on
He said it's fully charged. I plugged it into my pc and now it's showing the boot screen "Samsung Galaxy TabPro S", but won't move beyond that.
If I hold down the Volume + Power key for 15 seconds or so then the screen goes black, but nothing else happens, then eventually the boot screen shows up again.

Any suggestions?

What do you mean, you plugged it into your PC?

I mean I plugged the USB cord into the USB port on my desktop computer.

Hello if Samsung Tab Pro S screen appear that's a good symptom, maybe is a problem with boot, try the usb bootmgr from Windows, (install your usb via usb C) and try to repair your boot.
