Tempered Glass Screen Protector

There weren't any tempered glass screen protectors specific for the Win HD that I could find, so I gambled a bit and purchased a Tech Armor one for the HTC One M8 for $11 Cdn (I'd post a link but I don't have enough posts for that). It fits pretty well, a bit smaller than the stock one, about 1mm less wide and 2mm shorter.

The stock screen protector already had several scratches and scuffs after only a week, and now the screen feels a lot smoother with the glass instead.

Yeah, Tempered Glass screen protectors are the bomb (or can protect you from the bomb, whatever.)

I can't imagine ever using a phone without one again. Got one August of this year, and it is awesome. Easier to clean than the original screen, but responsiveness and smoothness just like the original screen. Viewing is like viewing the original as well, except for seeing the edges of the protector.

Glad you found something that works. I do believe if found in that situation, I would be taking screen measurements of competing phones in order to find something that would fit what I have. Thanks for reporting, as it will probably help others find something suitable.
