I've had T-mobile for a couple of weeks on my ATT 640 unlocked with W10M preview. I got the 6GB plan which doesn't come with tethering but my phone seems to allow tethering.
My question is has anyone done this? Do you get a charge for it or is it something that 'slipped through' with the combination of ATT software and T-mobile carrier service?
I don't see myself using it often but it would be amazing on road trips to use my Surface Pro 3 tethered to the phone for internet.

Nevermind. I found on the t-mobile site that all data plans come with tethering. The Unlimited plan just comes with 14GB of limited tethering. The way the sales lady made it seem was that only the Unlimited plan had tethering.
