Text message restore taking too long

Hi guys,

I recently got a replacement 920 through ATT. And did a restore using a backup. But it's refreshing my text messages sooo slowly. I got the phone yesterday, and so far it's only updated 1 month of texts (November-December). It's been loading old texts at like 2 days per hour. Last time i got a replacement, it got all 10 months of texts in a couple hours. Any one else notice this kind of slow updating? Should I just leave it? Or were you able to get it to load faster somehow? I'm always a bit paranoid about losing the texts. So I don't really wanna wipe it and try again. Maybe it'll think I only have one month of texts backed up haha.

I haven't ran into that problem but recent I did a restore, it partially loaded my messages, so I was freaked out. I got the error messages 86000C09 where your MS wouldn't connect to the server for some odd reason. But once it did all the messages loaded so really have no fear, it may take time for you =/

You won't lose the messages if you back it up before you restore.
