Text messages not fully restored after hard reset, how can I fix this?

Text messages not fully restored after hard reset

Hi all,

I have a 950xl and following a hard reset yesterday, the only text messages that have been restored are for two of my contacts and even then not all of them.

Basically, only about thirty out of several thousand messages have been recovered!

This is really weird and makes no sense at all

Any idea what I can do to fix this?

before hard reset did you synced your text messages properly?

Mine took over a week to get restored. You may want to wait a little longer...

My 950 XL took days to all finally sync, but they did all finally sync.
