Text Ringtone

No matter what I do, I cannot get my 1520 to change my text ringtone from the default one. I am not trying to change to a custom one or anything, just the other factory supplied ones. I have complete factory reset the phone to, but still cant get it to change. Anyone else experiencing this or have any suggestions?

This is insane..same issue on my 920 and 1520. Everyone else can change the text ringtone just fine?

I've had no issues ever changing default text ringtones on my HTC One M8 running 8.1.
