If a restart, soft reset and a hard reset don't resolve that problem, then you may need to bring your phone to a service center to have it diagnosed and then repaired.

Additional details may be helpful: what OS version do you have installed?

Hi,
i had this issue with TP10080. Try to reset to WP8.1 if that is the case.
