The best alarm clock Windows 8.1 Phone

Hi. I have lumia 640. I'm pretty glad of this phone but there is one very annoying thing. This phone has a very loud speaker and I can't use it in alarms because there is no option to set volume. Increasing progressively volume doesn't wake me. Is there any application where i can set volume?

I know that there is application "Free Talking Alam Clock", but the problem is that this application must be on screen just before turning off the screen, so there is a danger that i will forget to follow this rule.

I'm not sure if Realarm can do it (setting volume in the app), but I believe that it uses the media and apps volume settings.
