Why haven't I still got the Windows 10 mobile creators update?!?!?

I don't think any supported phone has gotten CU officially except through insiders. I guess MS just had to fake the officially release since they're known for not keeping to their words. Haven't heard of anyone getting the update officially here as well as other windows sites. It's definitely from their end of which it's 4days now after Dona's announcement

Well i have got CU officially because i am not in insider program. I have lumia 950. I got it day after release i think

It may just take time to be rolled out globally. You can always become an Insider on the Fast ring if you really want to get it.

CU is now finally available to non-insiders with any of the 13 supported phones. Just got the update. I suspected MS were planning on releasing it on a Patch Tuesday as usual
