The curious case of the unlocked Lumia 1020, MMS, and LTE

So I'm running two unlocked AT&T Lumias. One is a 1020 the other is a 920.

The 920 is up and running everything working well. The 1020 can receive MMS but not send them. It also doesn't seem to pick up LTE. I went through the APN settings on both side by side and they are exactly the same.

This seems very strange to me and haven't been able to find any solutions online. Any ideas?

Were they factory unlocked or carrier unlocked? also which carrier are you trying to use them on?

Woops, they are carrier unlocked. I am using them on T-Mobile. I am using the fast.t-mobile.com for APN and the mms.msg.tmobile.com/eng... Whatever the rest of that is.
