Dell made a big splash at January's CES as it unveiled the latest in its XPS line, the 2015 edition of the XPS 13. For anyone looking for a compact Ultrabook, the new XPS 13 has to be at the top of the list of considerations, with a 22% smaller footprint than comparable 13-inch notebooks.
