It's not just the PC version that is underwhelming.
The XBOX performance version is no different than the FPS-boosted XB1 version.
The list of bugs fixed? I never encountered them, but the ones I experienced, even in the early game (settlements that randomly stop producing, especially Sanctuary) are still there.

Not mentioned in the patch notes is I had to redownload *all* my creations (a lot) and all the downloaded mods are gone along with my favorites list, breaking all the saved games.

They could have warned us and made the patch optional.

Looks like the only people who might be happy with the patch are those that never played Fallout4 before.
